The Andrew Weishar Foundation (Weish4Ever) is based in Chicago, IL and provides direct and immediate financial assistance to families with adolescents or young adults (AYA, ages 15-39 years) battling cancer. Our goal is to bring a bit of joy to our beneficiaries, ensuring they know they're not alone in this fight, and offering some relief from the financial burden that cancer brings.
To ensure privacy and in following regulatory guidelines, we rely on medical partners to support our beneficiary proposal process. Here's what you can do!
1.) Share this page with your medical team (e.g. social worker, nurse navigator, oncologist, or care team)
2.) Provide the permission for a member of your care team to email us directly at info@weish4ever.org inquiring about the application process
3.) We will communicate with your medical team who may apply on your behalf after you provide this permission
